I fell in love with Phu Quoc – its people, its peace, and its authenticity. After years of building businesses in Europe, I chose to leave the hectic system behind and start a new life here. It was on this island that I found a deeper purpose – to live simply, honestly, and joyfully.
I’ve always loved true Italian gelato – not the industrial kind, but real, creamy, handcrafted gelato made from fresh ingredients. Thanks to my personal connections in Italy, I brought original Italian recipes with me and decided to start making gelato here on the island – fresh every day, the way it should be.
